We have two minimum requirements depending on your event location:

• Lethbridge Events: We require a minimum of 20 guests for all bookings within the city limits.

• Out-of-Area Events: For locations requiring more than 30 minutes of travel time outside of Lethbridge, a minimum of 50 guests is required to ensure we can provide the highest standard of service and logistics.

We recommend booking as soon as your date is secured, especially for popular event periods like weekends, holidays, or wedding season (May through October). For larger events (over 100 guests), we suggest booking 3 to 6 months in advance. For smaller private or corporate events, 4-8 weeks is usually sufficient, though we will always accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.
