What are your minimum guest requirements for catering services?
We have two minimum requirements depending on your event location:

Lethbridge Events: We require a minimum of 20 guests for all bookings within the city limits.

Out-of-Area Events: For locations requiring more than 30 minutes of travel time outside of Lethbridge, a minimum of 50 guests is required to ensure we can provide the highest standard of service and logistics.
How far in advance should I book my event with you?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is secured, especially for popular event periods like weekends, holidays, or wedding season (May through October). For larger events (over 100 guests), we suggest booking 3 to 6 months in advance. For smaller private or corporate events, 4-8 weeks is usually sufficient, though we will always accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.
Do you accommodate guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely. As a professional catering service, we are committed to ensuring every guest has an exceptional and safe dining experience. We frequently create custom, delicious options for guests with common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and specific allergies such as peanuts, tree nuts, etc. Please discuss all dietary requirements with our event planning team early in the consultation process so we can tailor your menu accordingly.
